Trilithic Service offerings include calibration, repair, and upgrade for all current Trilithic products to assure optimal performance in accordance with NIST, while ensuring you comply with your quality assurance programs; reducing your cost of ownership; and extending the life of your product.

Our staff of experienced service technicians provides fast factory repair service, using exclusively authorized components and modules. The repair price typically includes the cost of calibrating the unit to restore it to its original factory specifications. Each repair is backed by a 90-day warranty. We can provide repair service on many discontinued models, depending on availability of parts.

Calibration Services

When you purchase a test instrument from Trilithic, you have a reliable instrument capable of providing years of service. To keep your investment in the best operating condition, Trilithic provides a comprehensive system calibration and support plan.

To ensure that your test equipment is performing within published specifications, thereby delivering accurate data, annual calibration by a trained technician is essential. Trilithic Service Engineers have the expertise to properly calibrate your test instrument.

Product Upgrades

Trilithic offers a wide variety of product upgrades and retrofits for existing Trilithic products. There are many good reasons to buy the latest Trilithic test and measurement equipment, but best of all is the ongoing support and life of the product. Trilithic has a long history of continuous improvements and long product life cycles.

"On-Site" Upgrade and Calibration Services

Trilithic now offers "on-site" upgrades and calibration throughout the United States in partnership with Digitrace, Inc., for the 860 DSP and 860 DSPi products. Onsite, Trilithic's authorized field technicians can perform calibration adjustment, firmware and hardware upgrades, and most repairs. Field services save you time and money by eliminating shipping costs and the down time from the field.

Additional Support Plans

Trilithic believes in providing service that exceeds customer expectations. Our standard support includes everything needed to ensure proper operation and essential efficiency needed by users of our test equipment. Contract support plans offer an even higher level of support, in which exceptional, proactive measures are taken to make sure every need is met, even before it is known. Trilithic offers a variety of test instrument support plans that include calibration, software upgrades, and technical phone support to keep your system fully operational.

Factory Return and Repair Service

Before returning a product for service, please request an RMA from our Customer Service Portal.

Shipping Instructions:

  • Include your name, the correct address and phone number
  • If your company requires one, include your Purchase Order number for repairs. Be sure to send immediately so that your equipment return is not delayed.
  • Note "Special Instructions" on packaging list/repair tag
  • You may Request two-day or five-day service for an additional cost. Print "Two-day Service" or "Five-day Service" on carton and packaging list/repair tag.
  • Package your equipment carefully to ensure safe shipment.

The test procedures and documentation they use are to full Production standards. All replacement parts used by our Service Center meet or exceed the quality of the original components. Service by an unauthorized company may invalidate a product's warranty. Abuse of the product or attempts by unauthorized personnel to serve the product voids all warranties.
