TFS-301

Trilithic's TFS-301™ Optical Power Meter is ideal for absolute measurements. When the optical power meter is used in conjunction with the TFS-201™ Optical Light Source relative measurements can be made to accurately determine fiber loss.

Trilithic's TFS-301 Optical Power Meter features NIST traceable calibration at 4 wavelengths: 1310 nm, 1490 nm, 1550 nm, and 1625 nm for accurate power level measurements.

Relative Measurements

When making relative measurements a technician has the ability to store zero references for reading all four wavelengths independently. This allows all zero references to be taken at one time and also allows the unit to be turned off while moving between locations to preserve battery life. By storing all four references a technician will have them available for immediate recall even when moving between locations.;

Rugged Construction

The optical power meter is specifically designed with the field technician in mind providing a long battery life and rugged construction that includes high impact rubber bumpers, weather resistant membrane switches, and a durable powder coat finish further protecting the power meter.

QUICK-CHARGING

The TFS-301 Optical Power Meter is powered by either four AA alkaline batteries or an AC/DC adapter with four AA NiMH batteries (both the adapter and NiMH batteries are included).

In addition to standard charge mode, the unit features an emergency quick-charge mode that allows the user to charge the batteries in approximately 1 hour.

Repairs

All repairs carry a 90-day warranty against defects in replacement parts and repair workmanship.

Products

All Trilithic products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a minimum of one year after shipment.

Trilithic's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product after being returned to our factory, and Trilithic determining the product be indeed defective.

This is Trilithic's sole warranty and is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and sets forth the buyers sole remedy.
